I am so impressed with the e-mail response from the company that I chose to edit my review. He didn't bribe, refund or offer any incentive for me to edit my review. I just chose to do so. My initial complaint was about the first impression I had when I first saw and felt the leashes. I have been assured the product is manufactured with high quality material and clips. The care and concern of the company has impressed me and I know if there is a problem in the future, I can count on an excellent customer service to resolve any issues. I order 3 single leashes for myself for Christmas, yes, I know,that is selfish. When they arrived I was a little disappointed because they were kinda' short. When Amazon gave me a chance to review the items, I wrote exactly that-- "kinda short." Within a day a representative (I think it is probably the owner) of the company e-mailed a response and offered assistance to make the selection right. He said the longer strap with a ring might work better with my setup. I repsonded that I wasn't unhappy with the item and it worked well with the putter cover and I would order the longer one and give the others away to friends (see, I am a nice guy!). He said not to worry and sent me the several sample to try out--- for free. They arrived within days and are exactly what you need to keep those covers where you want them. You should buy from this company even if you don't play golf because I have never seen better customer service!!!!!!!! My husband loved his new leash! Item was shipped and received in just 2 days. To do this golf instruction tip on exercising, you need to start off seated upright in your office chair, with chest high and back straight. You can then reach behind you with one arm, which will rotate your upper body. While staying erect, twist as far back as you can go and then hold for about 10 seconds.
You can then twist the other way and repeat. Go both sides 2-3 times, remembering to hold for 10 seconds, each time. This golf instruction tip will reap many rewards on the course.
