Top-Flite XL Series Golf Balls - DistanceReviewsi have used this product often in the past and acquiring it this way was convenient and the price was fair. This ball is as good as most of the higher priced balls, and for a beginner like me, a fantastic value. Great balls and at this price it's ok to loose 4 or 5 a day. I'm gettin better. haha Gave them as a gift. I'm told they work great. What more can you ask for? I can't tell the difference between these Top Flights and a Pro-V-1. After 2 rounds with this ball and many other balls including titleist, taylormade, call.. etc I can say that this ball simply works! It really flies straight-er than other balls I've tried. I'm a beginner and I think this ball is perfect for you as well. for this price, it's a can't miss The price and delivery turn around was great. However, it is winter time so I haven't tried the product yet; looking forward to this Spring. The XL 5000 is very similar to the XL but with a slight difference. The XL 5000 won't make much of a difference to beginners but is priced to lessen the blow if lost. The XL 5000 balls may provide a minimal difference over the XL from the fairway. Top-Flite XL 7000 18-Piece Complete Golf Club SetReviewsI haven't used them yet. Haven't played golf in 20 years. Got out and played a whole weekend with some friends of mine and enjoyed playing. I used to play years ago. My work also has a golf team. So I hope to get good enough to play with them. It'll take ALOT of practice though. I've used these clubs about 4 times now and I absolutely love them. They work for me specifically. It don't matter if you spend 5000$ or 300$ on clubs, if they don't work for you, they're not worth a dime. Great clubs, great bag, one heck of a steal. I bought this set for my dad and i'm not going to lie, i want these clubs! he has not played with them yet and he is very new to the game. The clubs are in perfect condition and i got them right when they said it would be delivered just in time for fathers day! I give it a four star only because of the bag. It is very nice but could be a little more spacious. I Cant complain though because it comes with every club you could need. Overall i am glad i bought this set of clubs. They are very good for a beginner to a moderate golfer. The clubs are great for the price. solid construction...nice bag... have only a few complaints. I wish the 3 and 5 wood had graphite shafts and I wish the set came with 4 and 5 irons.I would buy them again...good for beginners... chances are you're not going find clubs as solid as these any cheaper. If you would like to hire an instructor to help you learn to play golf, consider a professional instructor or someone who has a lot of past experience in golf training. The first thing that you will learn is the difference between clubs and the names of each. At first, golf training may seem intimidating because there are so many clubs and they are each used for a different situation. But, after a few golf training lessons, you will be able to recognize the clubs and their intended use in a snap.
It may be a good idea to learn to play golf on a beginner level before hiring an instructor. Become familiar with the clubs by purchasing an instruction book or video. These type of manuals offer an introduction to the different clubs, how to grip them properly and even the proper way to swing. By reading closely, or watching an instructional video, you will enter into golf training with more confidence. Rather than starting from scratch, your instructor will notice that you will likely learn to play golf a lot faster than absolute beginner students.
If you aren’t comfortable staring on your own, there is nothing wrong with entering golf training as a beginner. After all, that’s what the training is for. For practice purposes, it is a good idea to have access to a full set of golf clubs during the times that golf training isn’t being given and you would still like to practice. Your instructor may or may not ask that you practice but, if they do, it will help you to be better prepared for future golf training lessons.
When selecting a golf training instructor, you may even have the option to learning to play at a golf course. Many golf training instructors work one-on-one with students while others offer instruction to a group of students, which is similar to any other type of class. Online instruction is for anyone who doesn’t want to leave home or doesn’t have the time to attend regular classes, but this type of golf training does not provide an actual hands-on teaching technique.
